Goals and Objectives

The Department of Christian Education seeks to equip persons for educational ministries within and out of the local church in Liberia, Africa, and the world at large.

A graduate from Bryant with the degree of Bachelor of Arts in Christian Education (BACE) will demonstrate:

The ability to articulate the gospel message and his/her personal experience with Jesus Christ.
The knowledge in the area of Biblical, theological and selected Liberal Arts disciplines.
An understanding of human relations in group behavior.
Competencies in the area of local church educational ministries, educational methods, classroom administration and teaching skills
Model evidence of effective living as a Christian citizen and community leader.
Abilities to do research, plan and teach in Church education programs (Sunday school, bible studies, small groups) as well as primary and secondary school systems.

A Candidate for the Degree of Bachelor of Christian Education Must Complete a Minimum of (138) Semester Hours.
