The Office of Admissions, Records and Registration (ARR) is highly engaged as it is customer service based and responsible to clarify different processes to current, former, and interested/would-be students of the University.
Major activities: Admission of new and transfer students; Registration, Submission of grades, Graduation
Liaise closely with the Finance Office, Academic Deans, and Chairs during all major activities
Sends out Letters of Admission, Attestation, and Official Transcripts
Sends out Letters of Recommendation for Students or Alumni
Updates on registration and enrollment numbers and those who are to graduate or be cleared for graduation as requested
Well-versed in Smart School — our App for Registration, Student Records et al. We are now conducting our Registration Online through this, and while it has some glitches, it has been good for the most part.
