Vice President for Academic Support Services (VPASS)
Dr. Geraldine Wilson Wright is a distinguished organizational development professional and
academic leader with extensive experience in higher education administration and human
resource management. She currently serves as Vice President for Academic Support
Services at the African Methodist Episcopal University in Monrovia, Liberia, where she is a
member of the President’s cabinet and provides leadership for comprehensive student and
faculty support services.
Dr. Wilson Wright is a PhD in Organizational Development with a focus on Organizational
Diversity from the University of Arizona Global Campus, where she also serves as
Professor
of Human Resource Management, member of the Human Resource Management degree
program Advisory Committee and member of the Doctoral Advisory Committee. She has
demonstrated exceptional leadership in educational innovation, strategic planning, and
institutional growth. Her expertise spans instructional design, business development, and
change management.
With a proven track record in both academic and corporate sectors, including leadership
roles at Wells Fargo, a Fortune 100 company, as well as Perkins Management Services
Company, Dr. Wilson Wright brings a unique blend of theoretical knowledge and practical
experience. She is an accomplished speaker, having delivered keynote addresses at
multiple universities and conferences. Her commitment to fostering academic excellence
