Nora Y. Kpoo is a dedicated public service professional with over a decade of
experience in higher education administration and public sector management. Known for
her altruistic approach to service delivery, she upholds the highest standards of loyalty,
impartiality, and objectivity in all professional endeavors. Ms. Kpoo is recognized for her
collaborative leadership style, commitment to continuous learning, and adaptability in
dynamic environments.
Ms. Kpoo holds a Bachelor of Public Administration (BPA) from Cuttington University
(2012) and a Master of Public Administration (MPA) with an emphasis in Public Sector
Management from the same institution (2016).
Prior to joining AME University, Ms. Kpoo accumulated diverse professional experience
across both public and private sectors in Liberia, serving in roles including Junior
Accountant, Administrative Assistant, Finance and Procurement Officer, and Executive
Secretary.
Since joining AME University in 2020, Ms. Kpoo has demonstrated exceptional
performance across multiple leadership positions. She began her tenure as Assistant for
Planning to the President, where her diligence and strategic contributions led to her
transfer to the Office of Admissions, Records, and Registrations as Documentation
Evaluation Officer. Her efficiency and dedication in this role resulted in her nomination
from a competitive pool of university employees to serve as Director of the Testing
Center in March 2022.

Under Ms. Kpoo's leadership, AME University has experienced significant enrollment
growth, reflecting her strategic vision and operational excellence. She continues to serve
the AME University community with distinction in her current role as Director of the
Testing Center.
