Dean of Student Services
Rev. Emmanuel A. Seh is an educator devoted to empowering individuals and advancing holistic
student development. He is passionate about collaborating with students, faculty, and staff to
cultivate academic excellence, character formation, and overall well-being. Guided by integrity,
vision, and enthusiasm, he is committed to delivering high-quality educational leadership and
meaningful student support.
He earned a Bachelor of Theology (B.Th.) from A.M.E. University, 2009. He later obtained a
Master of Theology (M.Th.) in 2018 and a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Administration and
Supervision in 2019, both from Cuttington University School of Graduate and Professional
Studies. He is currently a Doctoral Candidate at Chandigarh University, pursuing a Ph.D. in
Education.
A native of Arthington, Montserrado County, he is an Itinerant Elder in the A.M.E. Church and
Director of Christian Education for the 14th Episcopal District. A devoted servant of God,
committed husband who values faith, family, and service.
